Hi! I'm Julie!

As a strong believer in not settling for relationships, jobs or situations that are unfulfilling, draining or unhealthy, my approach is to live life to one’s fullest potential. I believe that everyone has the intrinsic right to be loved and respected.

The value you get in working with me as a Certified Life Coach is freedom from stagnation, paralysis and your inner critic, as well as set you on the right track to making decisions that are aligned with your true self. And, with over 25 years in mediating, advising and conflict resolution, I know how to equip you with the tools needed to engage in life with more ease and joy. Clients often state that my approach is kind, yet direct, in ways that inspire, empower and invigorate them to make the changes needed.

The totality of my experiences as a mother of 4, life coach, educator and not-currently-practicing attorney and mediator, have given me a strong foundation of optimism, compassion, openness and understanding toward others. From this foundation I have been able to advise and assist people in some of the most challenging moments in their lives. Through my experience and training, I have helped clients visualize, create and achieve goals with more clarity and insight, resulting in greater fulfillment, direction and purpose.

Let me help you ease your burdens and thrive in your life!
